Instant Deja-Vu-Like Dreams,

So today, my mother woke me up at 3AM to remind me to take my pills. I
had the pills in my hand and I was so tired I fell back to sleep.

I instantly dreamed that I had already taken the pills. Then my mother
came back into my room and asked if I took it yet. I was about to answer
"yes" but then I looked into my hand and the pills were still nestled
comfortably in my palms.

It was really weird.

Text from Alex,

I thought this was really cute.

23:31

I forgot to leave you a voicemail, and now it's too late so I'll just
leave you a text. D:

I took a nap, was dehydrated, drank some Sunny-D, took a Sudafed, then
ate pho, now I don't feel sick at all. Perhaps the same might work for
you?

ANYWAYS, I love you, good night.

PS. If I don't see you at school tomorrow, I'll see you thursday!
K, bai, I go dream of Saturday to come now. :)

Love youu!

A Swimming Times,

Yesterday I took Alex with me to Tristan's 1 Month Old Birthday Party!

I DID NOT HANG UP ON YOU ALEX. THAT WAS MY SISTER.

My mama drove Alex to my house, ALONE! When Alex arrived I went downstairs and I turn around and BAM Alex disappeared. So I lurk and creep around swiftly to try and catch Alex. I stopped at the bathroom door and started pushing the door to see if Alex was behind it. BUT I PUSHED IT AND LIKE, I DIDN'T FEEL A BAM. I should've like BAM PUSHED IT REALLY HARD. LOL JK. I would never want to hurt you on purpose!

So then we carry all of the things out to the car and help my mama.
While we were carrying things out Alex tells me how my mama thinks Alex is CRAZY. HAHAHHAA! IT WAS HILARIOUS! It's okay though. I do even more strange things.. to have my mother assume that I am crazy. :D So don't worry! OH YEAH! I jumped and did koala strapped onto you and you caught me! GREAT TIMING ALEX.

We arrive over at Chi Uyen's house and we just sit around a bit and then we decided to go inside the pool! We both changed and I grabbed onto Alex's towel to cover myself because I don't want to go walking around with a bikini on around the house. It's considered very inappropriate and bad in front of the elderly eyes.

So we watch kids most of the time inside the pool. Not much time to play around with each other. But I would cling onto Alex from time to time. Trinity and Colin were attacking us with their little squirt guns and other squirting devices. Oh yeah! I decided to race Alex in the pool. I didn't go the first time because ALEX WAS GOING ALL WEIRD WITH THE COUNTDOWN. So I just didn't swim. But the second time around, we both raced and HE WON. D:< NOT FAIR. After awhile of watching the kids and what not. We decide to retreat into the spa. The spa water wasn't even WARM! It was like.. practically the same temperature as the pool.

So we went out of the pool and I made Alex dry me off!
YES ALEX, I AM 4 YEARS OLD.
NAO DRY ME OFF REAL NICE AND CLEANLY.

Afterwards, we were feeling really nappy so we tried napping on the couch but it was much to uncomfortable. Alex was watching from afar to see if that other flat couchy thing was available because these kids and their mother was playing on it. Finally the area was clear and we migrated towards that area. I didn't want Alex touching me because then my mama would of YELLED and would've hated us. ;__; IT'S FOR OUR OWN GOOOOOD!

So I wake up from my nap and see Alex is gone. I am still tired and everything so I just lay there for a bit more. Then I decided to just stand up and walk around. I was feeeling reeeaallly grouchy for some reason. I think it was because I was really tired. I found Alex sitting on the ground and all the other kids watching Austin Powers. I went over to the couch and Alex came along also! I was still grouchy and tired so I went up to go get some refreshing water. Yum Yum. That woke me up a bit more and made me less grouchy!

So we all just sit and watch Austin Powers. It was a really funny movie. Lots of innuendo.

Hrmm.. Then it ended and someone put in Popeye. It was boring. I decided to go to the computer room and show Alex some funny flashes and youtube videos. Then we started looking up animals and their MATING RITUALS. The snakes sexing look REALLY WEIRD. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY COULD DO THAT. IT WAS JUST, REALLY WEIRD.

Alex learned some new things today. ANIMALISTIC THINGS or something of the sort.
Then we stumbled upon college humor and were watching all of their hilarious videos. LOL.

I LOVE THE "WE DIDN'T START FLAME WAR" song. IT'S HILARIOUSLY CATCHY!

Then we decided to finally go out of the computer room and my mom started lecturing us and yelling at us for sitting in a room ALONE. O_O. IT'S JUST A COMPUTER ROOM! NOT A BEDROOM. We didn't do anything baaaaaaad.

But yeah.

Great funny day yesterday~

Sonata Arctica @ The Galaxy,

(I don't even know why I posed like this. It wurz spontaneouz pose. IZ MAH GHEYZ FACE POSE. JA.)

(I thought this was the most hilarious picture ever. The last shot I took of the night of the performance happened to be the 666th picture on the phone. SONATA ARCTICA IS NO WHERE NEAR IN HAVING RELATIONS WITH SUCH THINGS AS 666. LOLOLOL)

((Warning this might contain some fangirly sentiments. I WARNED YOU, ALL.))
(((I wish I had a better camera to capture these photos. I used a cellphone to capture all of these. Except for the tickets and the picture of myself that I took today wearing the shirt.)))

I finally found the set list of last night's show on Sonata Arctica's myspace where someone had commented about it. DAMN, I REALLY NEEDED. I am so lucky to have found it. Since I couldn't find it on any site.

Set List
Paid in Full
Black Sheep
Caleb
The Last Amazing Grays
Full Moon
Replica
It Won't Fade
As if the World Wasn't Ending (World Premiere)
Flag in the Ground
White Pearl, Black Oceans...
Last Drop Falls
The Cage
---Encore---
We Will Rock You (Queens' Cover excerpt)
In the Black And White
Don't Say a Word
Vodka Singalong

I felt so ashamed, I wasn't familar with 5 songs that they sang last night. Caleb, The Last Amazing Grays, It Won't Fade, As if the World Wasn't Ending *no one knew this song, it was the "World Premier" when they played it last night (so I guess this doesn't count)*, White Pearl, Black Oceans.

First thing I did when I walked into the venue I bought a shirt. I only had a white tank top on and was planning on buying a shirt so I could wear over it.

Aftewards Ngoc and I walked towards the stage area. We went down there and I felt so freaking intimidated. METALHEADS EVERYWHERE. NEVER HAD I EVER FELT SO INTIMIDATED AND SELF CONSCIOUS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. So afraid of being stared at and judged. So Ngoc and I just hung around and talked among ourselves. I really wanted to ask some people what their favorite song was. But I was just way to self-conscious and shy to do so. Sigh.

The opening band was Ellerman and my old guitar teacher Mark was in that band. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY GOT TO BE ONE OF THE OPENING BANDS FOR SONATA ARCTICA. THOSE LUCKY BASTARDS. Then it was Exile and then came up Black Horizon.

Atfirst Ngoc and I started out in the back during Ellerman and then as soon as people started moshing around while Exile was playing it was easier to slowly inch up towards the front. We were in the middle now.

People are actually really nice and considerate over at this show. You would never expect it from them but yes, SURPRISE SURPRISE never judge a book by it's covers. Srsly. This one guy accidentally slightly stepped on my foot and even had the consideration to tap me on the shoulder and ask if he stepped on me and apologized to me.

Also, while I occasionally turn around to see how the moshers were doing, I saw two kids that fell onto the ground and then this other dude picked both of them back up, and then they happily continue on with their little moshing ritual. Such hospitality.

Another act that really really moved me was that this woman around her 50's or perhaps maybe even 60's. She let us go all the way up in the front because she saw that we were small little azn girlz that seemed to be having a hard time going up towards the stage. I was so moved by it, she looked so sweet and she was always smiling. She was freaking BRUTAL and STRONG too! While we were all being pushed from the moshers that fell or got pushed into the mosh pit, she held out her arms to protect us from the incoming moshers. ;__; I really wanted to give her a big hug. She was one of the nicest and sweetest stranger I had ever met. She was like our POWERMETAL MAMA. *_* So the opening bands were playing for the longest time and it seemed like forever.

It was around 11 or something when Sonata Arctica's setup was finally finished. The lead singer of Ellerman joined into the audience crowd also. He was up front were Ngoc and I was situated and he saw that I was short so he stood in a position where he didn't block my view. Although, I guess he felt guilty or something because he turned around and I just smiled (because what else am I suppose to do if someone is looking right at me!?!) and he asked if he was blocking my view. I answered with a "ehehehe not really! ^^;" But I guess he felt bad and he asked again,

"You want to be up front right?"
"Yeah! :o"
"Okay then! *moves me towards the front*"
"*shock* Are you sure?!?"
"Mhm"
"*stares in awe at the stage* I'm so close........ *__* *turns around* Thank You!"
"You're welcome"

After a bit he soon left the crowd to go somewhere.

But seriously, the amount of consideration and hospitality of almost everyone at the show was just.. wow. At normal concerts/shows people are usually fighting for the front of the stage and if you were stepped on or jabbed they wouldn't even give 2 flying craps. ;__; But this was such genuine kindness. I MET SO MANY NICE STRANGERS TODAY. I AM STILL IN DISBELIEF.

Sonata Arctica finally came on and everyone was cheering their loudest and giving them the "horns" [ \m/ ]. When they opened up with Paid in Full, I WAS JUST SO FREAKING EXCITED. IT WAS MY MOST FAVORITE SONG OF THEIR'S AT THE MOMENT. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this song. I can totally understand and empathize the lyrics of Paid in Full. I sang MY HEART OUT. There was a time where the line "it's hard for me to love myself right now" came up and Tony brought the mic right up to my area (I DONT WANT TO BE SELF CENTERED thinking that the whole world revolve around me) I FREAKING SANG OUT THE LYRICS AS LOUD AS I CAN and I swear to God he pointed towards me and nodded in approval. *__* HAHAHAA just imagine a smalall Asian little girl bouncing up and down in a crowd of tall metalheads singing (more like yelling) out the lyrics.

The second memorable song of the night was "FULLMOON". This was the song that made got me into them and into powermetal. I WAS SO FUCKING HAPPY. YOU GUYS' DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND. I FREAKING LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH. Again, full on singing along to this song. It's the best song for the audience to sing along to, Tony would put his mic towards the crowd and the crowd would sing (yell) back "RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY" whenever the chorus part for it came up.

LOL Ngoc told me in the end that she didn't know how I was able to bounce around so much and how I was able to pump my arms in the air for so long. D: I remember the first time I went to a show.... it was Dir en grey. I was in 8th grade I believe... My arms were aching so much from all of the into-the-air arm pumping.

Anyways, the third memorable song is "Last Drop Falls". It is one of those melancholic soft heartbroken songs. It's a very sad song, but nonetheless, beautifully sung.

They ended the set with the fourth memorable song of the night, "CAGE" which is also ONE OF MY FREAKING FAVORITES. It got me bouncing up and down.

After the Cage they went to the back. Making it seem like they were going to end.

But then tehehehehe we chanted and cheered for an "one more song" and "sonata" for like what seems like 10 - 15 minutes. WE NEED OUR ENCORE. And then Tony finally comes out to greet us!

It was hilarious, I wish I was a person with great influence and fans. Then I can control and make my audience do WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT. Like... pointing at one section of the crowd, commanding them to imitate the sound of the snares of the drums. While pointing at another section to imitate the sound of the bass drums. And then making the last section imitate the sounds of the toms of the drums. Tony seemed like he was gaining so much pleasure from all of this. Turning the audience into his personal drum set. IT WAS SO HILARIOUS.

Sound Key: "Bam"=Toms "Boom"=Bass Drums "Sss"=Snares

After Tony had his time toying around with the audience, the band slowly emerged out and they began playing "We Will Rock You". I LOVED IT. Best cover to perform and have the audience join you into it's catchy and infamous verses.

"Don't Say a Word" is the fifth memorable song. It's a speedy and upbeat song. I'm bouncing, but sadly I have do not know the lyrics to this song. But THAT'S OKAY. That doesn't mean I don't like the song. Although I wish I did. GREAT CHORUS to sing along to.

And then dun dun dun. There famous little song/chant that they always end shows with. IT IS EXTREMELY CATCHY. ANYBODY can easily pick up this song even if they didn't even know who Sonata Arctica was. Since it is...only 5 words.

"VODKA, WE NEED SOME VODKA.
WE NEED SOME VODKA.
WE NEED SOME VOOOOOOODDDDDDKA."

I personally am not an alcohol enthusiast.
But this little mini signature chant of Sonata Arctica's is just so damned catchy.

It was a song that brought every single person in the audience together.
The greatest way to end it all.

They then, came together arms across each other's shoulders and giving us a synchronized bow.

End of show.

I felt like I was going to like pass out from all of the energy I had used up. It was really hot and I my face was somewhat drenched in sweat and I was running on almost no energy because of the lack of food.
The only thing I ate all day was Honey Bunches for breakfast and then for lunch I ate some chips and a bit of my poki bowl from Sango.

But that's okay.
THIS WHOLE SHOW WAS WORTH IT.

Before entering the door, we had to purchase 2 tickets for drinks that totaled a whopping $10.
$5 for each drink. Talk about overpriced. But yes, that is one of the ways for the venue to make their money. But ohhhhhh my goodness. After the show ended, I walked towards the bar to get myself my well deserved super cold bottled water.

The icy water washed out my mouth with such ECSTASY.
IT TASTED SO FREAKING DELICIOUS. I LOVE SUPER COLD WATER.

I was definitely dehydrated.

So we walked out to the car and sat in the parking lot leaning against the car and just resting a bit. I just couldn't get over how amazing the whole performance was.

I feel so fortunate to have been right up in the front row to watch Sonata Arctica.
Thank you everyone who has helped me got all the way up there.

Hands down, this was the most amazing show I had ever seen.
The most beautiful live performance ever.
I dare say, they sound even BETTER live.

SONATA ARCTICA, YOU WILL COME BACK SOON.

P.S: Oh yeah, this whole show I think has made a really huge impact on me mentally. In the very begining before Sonata Arctica started to play, I was feeling extremely self concious of myself. But right when they got up there, I just threw all of my self consciousness away and DID NOT GIVE A FUCK what people thought of me. I went all out. And now, today, I noticed an MAJOR change in my behavior and confidence. I'm not as self-conscious anymore. I AM SO FREAKING HAPPY. This was definitely something I did not expect to come out of attending Sonata Arctica's show. This whole experience is something I would never forget.

Empty Music Building Hallway,

I feel like I'm walking through a movie or something.
It felt pretty surreal.
It was a warm but empty kind of feeling.

The sun's rays coming through the windows of the entrance door gave the
whole area a slight glow.

Beautiful!

I'm sad I didn't have a quality camera with me to catch this scene.

Lion King + Alex,

I went to play with Alex on Sunday!
His room finally has air conditioning! It felt so nice and breezy in there! But it'd get cold quickly.
But I absolutely LOVE the feeling of the first touch of the blankets in an very well air-conditioned room!

I JUST LOVE THE FEELING OF NICE AND COLD BLANKETS.
Its a very REJUVENATING AND REFRESHING TEXTURE.

Enough about blabbering on about what type of blankets I like....

Alex said I got to PICK WHATEVER MOVIE I WANT.
TEHEHEHEE, little does he know what he had done BEFORE IT WAS TOOOOO LATE.
BWAHAHAHAHHA. I picked the LION KING. ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE MOVIES!
Alex objected in the beginning, but I whined and he finally let in. :D

So we were watching the Lion King and I am TOTALLY paying attention this time.
Except, ALEX WAS FEROCIOUSLY TRYING TO DISTRACT ME. TOES!! TOES!!!
You're so freaking sexy Alex. Oh the things you do for me. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH FOR IT!!!

And so, I gave into Alex so we had our rolling wrestling time. GRAWR. YOU BEASTLY BEAST!!!
YOU WERE A BEASTLY FIEND THE WHOLE DAY!!!

Oh yeah. We also established that I was the Lion QUEEN and Alex was the Lion KING.

WE HAS OUR CUB TIME.

HAHAHAH! Remember? The SLAP OF DEATH??? LOLOL.
I THOUGHT THAT PART WAS HILARIOUS. Silly over dramatic lions.

Lion King ended and we turned it on again to watch it a SECOND time.
But this time, I was very tired and I fell asleep in Alex's arms. (HOW DREAMY~~ *__*)
I hope I didn't cut off your blood circulation baby!
You said I didn't but.. I HOPE YOU'RE TELLING THE TRUTH!

It felt so comfortable sleeping! I woke up around the almost ending part of the movie.
I was still extremely sleepy so I fell back asleep. But Alex....being WIDE OPEN AWAKE.
Started EARTHQUAKING the bed.
"SLEEPER NO SLEEPING!" "SLEEPER NO SLEEPING!!!"
IT WAS THE MOST ADORABLE SIGHT EVER.
He was like a boy begging and wanting to play his favorite game again.

I gave in, in the end. The shaking was definitely NOT ignorable.
ALEX YOU ARE AN EXTREME FIEND! So much energy. I was extremely sleepy.
But we has a uber fails time. So sad. But it happens!

TALK ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SPEEDY TIME PERIODS!
You quickly took a shower and then I has to dry you up like a little baby boy!
And dress you like one too! MY PRECIOUS LITTLE BABY!!
I FELT LIKE A MAMA!!

Then I started taking pictures of Alex but ALEX ALWAYS COMPLAINS ABOUT TAKING A PICTURE. But don't worry Alex. I know that DEEEEP INSIDE you love me taking pictures of you. WE HAS A SMEXY PIX TIME!!!! Lots of pictures, I look weird in some of them though. BUT WHATEVERS! MEMORIES ARE MEMORIES.

Then decide it was time to go eat Pho! We invited Catherine to come along in our escapade to Thang Long! We waited at the bus stop and then the bus came quite quickly! Good thing I brought A LOT OF EXTRA quarters with me. I ALWAYS COME PREPARED. HURRAH!!

We get to Thang Long and we all ordered Pho Tai. The Pho was SO DELICIOUS. I wanted another bowl, and Alex and Catherine both also wanted another bowl! We all had enough money so we ordered another bowl. Our waitress was very surprised when we ordered another bowl. She thought we wanted it to-go. But oh ho ho... she was wrong.

I ate all of my second bowl + HALF OF THE HALF OF ALEX'S BOWL.
Alex didn't want to look like a total pansy so he dumped the rest of his finished pho into MY bowl
YOU SAID YOU WOULD ONLY PUT SOME OF IT IN. YOU LIAR YOU!!!

I ate it anyways. I was bloated for the REST of the day.
I called my mama for a ride and gave Alex and Catherine a ride home also!
We dropped them off and the time I turn around I see Alex spinning around the street sign pole!

Sunday was a GREAT DAY! I HAS A LOTS OF FUN! I finally got to sleep with Alex! (LITERALLY SLEEPING. YOU DIRTY MINDED PEOPLE.) It felt nice and very comfortable.
I LOVED IT SO MUCH! IT FELT SO COZY AND COMFORTABLE!

I LOVE YOU ALEX!!

Alex,

Oh Alex.

I don't mean for you to feel so neglected when I blog about "meaningful stuffs" music.
I tell you things but I guess... YOU DON'T REMEMBER/PAY ATTENTION/TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED. Make me so sad....

So I guess, I will have to physically type it all out and as you'd say reiterate for you to "remember".

Well, Alex.... I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANYTHING SPECIFIC TO SAY FOR THE MOMENT.

Except that, I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH and I hope that YOU REMEMBER that.

I hope our relationship will blossom and that you will loosen up to me.
I have noticed these past few days, you've been extra extra nice to me.

Like....sharing me your food. Giving me the good part of the food and offering to lend me money for lunch. *_______* You've been so good to me these past few days! It makes me feel all sparkly, warm, and fluffy in the inside. I wonder what happened.... Well, that doesn't really matter. All that matters is YOU in these current days.

Having you in my class is just like WOAH! I can't believe it! I HAVE A CLASS WITH YOU!
Now to observe how you are...

OH! What I also notice is, YOU TRY TO BE COOL SO YOU BE MEAN TO ME WHEN YOU'RE AROUND YOUR FRIENDS. ;______; WHHHHHY MUST YOU DO THIS TO ME.... MAKE ME WANNA CRY AND CRY AND RUN AND HIDE TO CRY SUM MOAR.

I LIKE YOU MORE WHEN I HAVE YOU ALL TO MYSELF. I feel....you are more yourself that way.

But what I have to say is that in this past month I definately have that fuzzy and cutesy feeling for you whenever I'm around you and spend time with you. I feel very comfortable around you. Do you know what I realized a few weeks ago? That you're the only person I am comfortable of crying in front of. I definitely cannot do it in front of other people. It's just so embarrassing and frustrating. It's a lot more comfortable crying in front of you because you know how to react and it's very comforting and it actually makes me feel better.

It's funny how Ngoc and Thu caught how drastically different my tone and personality changes whenever I talk to you.

It's always a monotonous low voice whenever I'm talking to other people. I am always the biggest bitch to my friends.

But when they caught me talking to you on the phone, they heard me talking to you in the most cheery, cutesy high voice ever. HAHAHA it was hilarious how they reacted. It was like.... "What the fuck is wrong with Tammie?! WHY IS SHE SOUNDING LIKE THIS?!?! HOW COME SHE IS SO NICE TO HIM!?!?!??!?!?" I think Thu or someone said they wanted someone to shoot themselves. THEY KEPT ON MOCKING ME AFTER WARDS, BY THE WAY.

But anyway, you bring out a part of me that no one else gets to see. (Except for cute puppies.) HAHAHA Just kidding baby. Even I get bored with cute puppies. But it's different in your case. YOU'LL ALWAYS BE MY CUTIE SCHNOOKUM BABY THAT I OPENLY WHINE TOO!!

I will be sure to reiterate more often for you. "Just in case you forget"

I apologize for making you feel sad and unimportant.

I want you to know that you are a REALLY important person to me.

I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH ALEXANDER VAUGHN NGUYEN!

P.S: These are the delayed pictures that I promised to upload...a long while ago...... August 01, 2009 the day I came over to your house after taking our Senior Portraits!
